Swindon Sands Christmas Service

Last night the group held it's first Christmas Service in Christ Church, Swindon. Around thirty of us braved the snowy weather to take part in a beautiful service led by Rev. Simon Stevenette.

We sang some carols, lit candles and hung a bright star on the Christmas tree for each of our missing loved ones. Sorry to all those who couldn't make it because of the weather, but you and your little ones were in our thoughts.

Christmas is a difficult time for those of us who have lost our babies. We hope you find some peace this Christmas, and love from all of us at Swindon Sands.

Silent night, holy night
all is calm, all is bright
round yon virgin
mother and child.
Holy infant, so tender and mild,
sleep in heavenly peace,
sleep in heavenly peace.
