Great North Run!

Thanks to our friend Andy Pembroke who ran the Great North Run on Sunday 7th September 2014 in memory of Zachary Randall-Stratton, raising £345 for Sands in the process! The half marathon started in Newcastle, taking in the Tyne Bridge and the Gateshead International Stadium, and finished in the coastal town of South Shields. Andy finished 12364th in a time of two hours and 35 seconds – well done and thank you very much Andy!
